I have just spent the last 4 months sea kayaking all over Scotland, including 6 weeks paddling on the Shetland Isles, whilst living out of a campervan. None of this would have been possible if it had not been for the shoulder decompression you carried out in March. I cannot thank you enough.

Mr Williams really knows his stuff and within minutes of me walking into the consulting room, my diagnosis of a frozen shoulder was complete. Within a few weeks I had my operation and now I can’t remember what it was like to suffer or why I persisted with pain and inconvenience for so long.
My treatment with Hywel felt special and customised to my needs, enabling me as a self-employed tradesman to quickly return to work
This is the 14th anniversary of my shoulder subacromial decompression and 10th anniversary of my Pneumothorax. You may recall 6 weeks after shoulder surgery I was able to perform a gymnastic move - “half-lever”. I am still able to do my chins and swings on my chin bar - my grateful thanks!

I ran into a delightful elderly lady this week. She was singing your praises. She is awaiting a back operation, but it is her shoulder replacement that is so impressive - she has a good range of movements, no pain and was using it very well when swimming! Job well done!

I had been reading up on the internet before my shoulder stabilisation procedure and was expecting the worse. Having spent less than half hour in the operating theatre and sent home the same day, it seemed I had been reading the wrong articles!
